Survey Questions

The following survey is part of the Village of West Union's Roadway Safety Action Plan. This plan, funded through the U.S. Department of Transportation's Safe Roads and Streets for All (SS4A) program, will help identify portions of the transportation network that are dangerous, difficult to navigate, or are otherwise unsafe. Questions in this survey will help the village understand residents' transportation needs and concerns with the transportation network.

The survey consists of 19 questions and a demographics section after the survey questions, all of which are optional. Please note those questions are only intended to ensure an accurate cross-section of residents has been surveyed, to ensure the village is hearing from all types of community members.
