The Cultural Inclusion Committee (CIC) is seeking Expression of Interests from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) staff to participate in an hour focus group on Thursday 2nd March 2023 from 10:00 - 11:00am. This consultation aims to inform the CIC about CALD staff career progression experiences at UQ and to identify barriers to promotion and career progression.
 
The focus group insights will contribute to progressing UQ CALD Staff Inclusion Action Plan which seeks to advance UQ diversity and Inclusion efforts to better enable all staff full access to the rich diversity of opportunities on offer.

CALD staff, regardless of their career trajectory at UQ, are welcomed to participate in the focus group. Information shared in the focus groups will be confidential and participants will be asked to sign an additional consent form before the session.
