Seizure Tracker is working towards defining a set of absolutely essential quality-of-life issues ("Quality of Life Core Outcome Set") that you would want your doctor/nurse to ask the person with epilepsy (or their main caregiver) about.

HOW LONG WILL THIS SURVEY TAKE?
