Black Community Survey - Northamptonshire Police

Introduction

Why are we asking you to take part?

Good policing depends on trust between police and the communities they serve. We are reaching out to all Black communities in Northamptonshire to hear directly from you about your experiences and what matters most to you.

We know that policing has made mistakes that have damaged trust with Black communities. The Police Race Action Plan is our commitment to change. By taking part in this survey, you are helping us understand what your real priorities are, how you feel about trust in police, and what changes would make the biggest difference.

Your honest feedback will directly inform the actions we take to improve policing for Black communities.

The survey should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Please only complete this survey if you identify as a Black or mixed heritage person.
