But what if the new normal is already here? What if the new normal is a constant state of evolution that requires continuous
innovation and agility from the very top of the organization to the most junior line employee?
This study on COVID-19 seeks to understand organizations’ approach to adapting and succeeding post-pandemic. We will
produce reports, models and tools to help organizations adapt.
