Feedback form for accredited observers to report on electoral events in 2019
The Commission is responsible for accrediting electoral observers in the UK and we are interested in your feedback on your experience of being an observer. 

This form is open for feedback on any UK electoral event and can be completed at any time.  

In providing feedback please give examples where possible.

The Electoral Commission is not able to respond directly to issues raised via this form.

Some feedback may be shared with the relevant local authorities, or Returning Officers to help improve the Observer scheme and the running of the electoral process.

PLEASE NOTE:
The survey must be completed online in one session. Answers will be lost unless you reach the final page to submit it, you cannot save your progress and return at a later stage.
