Lived experience under guardianship and administration orders
This survey asks people about their experience under guardianship and administration orders and about their interaction with the Public Trustee and Public Advocate. This is part of an inquiry into guardianship and administration in Western Australia.
The survey asks about the ‘represented person’ – this is the person who was / is under guardianship and administration orders. This might be you, or you might be completing the survey about someone you know who has this lived experience (e.g. family member, someone in your care, friend).
