Monterey Park Permanent Memorial Survey

The City of Monterey Park is in the process of creating a permanent memorial to honor the victims and survivors of the January 21, 2023, mass shooting at Star Dance Studio. As we prepare to issue a request for proposals (RFP) for the memorial’s design, we want to ensure that it reflects the needs and values of our community.
