INTRODUCTION

This short survey is part of a review of the Shire of York Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) 2018-2023. The survey focusses on how the Shire can improve access and inclusion for people with disability. The results will be used to develop a new DAIP for 2023-2028.

This survey is being conducted by an independent company, E-QUAL Disability Consultants. All survey responses will remain confidential.
