Building Better Justice: We Welcome Your Input

One of the principles of the Canadian Judicial Council’s Professional Development Policies and Guidelines (2018) states: To safeguard public confidence in the administration of justice, the justice system relies on the existence of a well-educated, professional and independent judiciary.

To help further that mandate, the National Judicial Institute invites organizations and individuals who interact with the justice sector, and members of the public in general, to submit input about issues of relevance to Canadian judicial education. This helps ensure that judicial education in Canada continues to be timely, relevant, and in accordance with fundamental values of fairness and respect.

To submit your input, please complete the short questionnaire below. If you are submitting input on behalf of an organization, please ensure that you provide the name and email address of someone who we may contact if we have any follow-up questions. Thank you for taking the time to contribute to the NJI’s mandate:  Building Better Justice.
