There are several definitions for responsible investment and corporate governance. For the purpose of ALAS20, please consider the following:

Responsible Investment: Refers on how an institutional investor takes into account the public information on social, environmental and economic areas, in order to make investment decisions or making investment recommendations.

Corporate Governance: Refers to the public disclosure of information about management practices and corporate control of the board members and senior management of an institutional investor.
