We kindly invite you to participate in a survey aimed at exploring prophylaxis practices for Proximal Junctional Kyphosis (PJK) and Proximal Junctional Failure (PJF) prevention in adult long-segment thoracolumbar spinal surgery.
Purpose
This survey aims to identify the current practices related to PJK and PJF prophylaxis in posterior spinal instrumented fusions extending from the thoracic spine to the sacrum/pelvis in patients greater than 40 years of age for spinal deformity and/or degenerative conditions.
