Welcome to the survey!

FINOS, the fintech open source foundation, and Linux Foundation Research, along with partners Adaptive, GitHub, Intel, Mend, Red Hat, Scott Logic, SUSE, Symphony, Tradeweb and Wipro, are conducting a study to assess the opportunities and potential challenges of consuming, contributing to, publishing, and governing open source in the financial services sector. The target audience for this survey is developers, IT leaders, executive management, security, legal, risk, compliance, procurement, and HR.

We appreciate your participation. This survey should take no more than 15 minutes of your time. Completing this survey will help you identify your organization’s level of open source maturity, areas of strength, as well areas that require additional focus.

Your responses will help FINOS and its research partners advance open source collaboration in financial services. The survey data will be used to provide detailed insights to FINOS members and the broader financial services ecosystem, focusing on how to effectively and efficiently advance their use of open source to realize benefits while mitigating potential risks.
