airBaltic passenger repatriation form - Latvia

The Government of Latvia, in cooperation with airBaltic, is organizing a special flight from Dubai (DXB) to Riga (RIX) for assisted departure.

This flight is intended for Latvian citizens, Latvian non-citizens, and their family members who wish to return to Latvia.

Eligibility to travel on this flight:

Latvian citizens
Latvian non-citizens (holders of a Latvian non-citizen’s passport)
Family members of the above
