Billbergia has proposed the delivery of community infrastructure and facilities, to be delivered as part of the last stage of their waterfront development at Wentworth Point.

The services proposed are part of Voluntary Planning Agreement with City of Parramatta, to be funded by additional apartments and include free Baylink Shuttle bus services, childcare, larger central park and funding for infrastructure,
