ZINIO customer experience team is constantly welcoming ZINIO community from all over the world to help us test brand-new exciting features long before they are released to a wider audience, talk with us about your ZINIO experience and the way you would like to personalize it according to your unique needs.
How to get involved
Step 1. Register Register as an expert by filling out the form below and we will reach out immediately when the right opportunity becomes available. You can opt-out anytime, we will be grateful for any input you bring!
Step 2. Participate If you're a potential match for an upcoming study, we’ll send you a follow-up questionnaire, if needed, and all the details about time, location, and method. Currently, due to COVID-19 situation, most of the expert sessions take place online – to participate you just need your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
Step 3. Get Rewarded Once your participation is complete, you’ll get a thank-you gift like a subscription to your favorite magazine, a unique promo code, or a selection of our bestsellers (don't worry, we will inform you of the exact incentives before each study).
