You're about to nominate your firm for the M&A Award for Best Diversity Firm 2026.
Criteria according to the regulations:
Inclusion is crucial in today’s society, which is why we would like to award the firm that over the past year has contributed the greatest and therefore meeting society’s demand. The winning firm has shown crucial innovative progress, which is reproducible and moving the needle the most, providing inspiration for others. Only nominations received before 12 October 2026, 23:59 are valid.

Firms nominate themselves by completing this questionnaire. On 2 November, between 14:00 and 18:00, invited nominees will present their Diversity policy to the Panel of Judges in a 3-minute pitch, followed by a Q&A.
The Panel of Judges will select the winner based on the following four criteria:
- Move the needle - Is what they are doing moving the needle in Diversity & Inclusion?
- Reproducible - Is what they are doing capable of being easily replicated and so gaining greater traction in the industry?
- Innovative - Is what they are doing innovative and different?
- Accomplishments - What have they accomplished in the Netherlands in the past year?
Please reserve the afternoon of 2 November in the calendars of the nominees who will present to the Judges.
