You're about to nominate a deal for the M&A Award for Best Deal Mid Cap 2026.
Criteria according to the regulations:Deals eligible for the M&A Award Best Deal Mid Cap 2026 have a deal value between €50 million and €250 million and are characterized by skilled execution, the complexity of the transaction, innovative funding, a competitive purchase price and/or an excellent strategy behind the transaction. The deal should demonstrate authentic and effective leadership, including developing a strong, progressive culture and a wider contribution to all stakeholders and society.
Your endorsement must be specific and consist of a minimum of 500 words.

12 October 2026, 23:59 are valid.

- Joint Ventures
- Minority Investments
- IPOs
- Bare Asset Deals
- Non-Dutch Deals
After the nomination period, a shortlist of 15 deals will be selected. On 28 October, the Panel of Judges will assess the shortlisted deals and select the six finalists. The finalists will be announced in mid-November on MAAwards.nl and Mena.nl, after which online voting by the M&A Community will open.
