It is often helpful for camp and retreat ministries to gather comparative data to be sure their organization is compensating staff people appropriately. To that end, we would like to ask you to help us gather some data. All responses will be anonymous. If you would like to receive the results of this survey, you can send us a note, and we will send you a link to the results. Send us a note here: Request survey results
Some definitions: Organizations have different titles for positions, and are not necessarily consistent with one another. Please complete salary information for your position that you think is closest to the one described.

An Executive Director would have final responsibility for an organization, typically a separate 501(c)3, with a Board. Generally the ED is the head of staff, and does not have a supervisor, but reports to the Board.

A Camp Director has direct responsibility for the operation of a camp/center (program, operations, site & facilities), but the operation may be inside a larger parent organization, or a larger camp/center may have both an Executive Director and a Camp Director.

A Program Director is generally not responsible for the overall operation of a camp/center, but is responsible for the program of a camp/center. This person nearly always has a supervisor, and rarely reports to a Board.
