Creative Economy of Carnival in Trinidad and Tobago

This study is being carried out for the National Carnival Commission and the Ministry of Culture and Community Development to better understand how Carnival contributes to the creative economy, and to support evidence-based planning and decision-making. The study is supported by the Inter-American Development Bank and delivered by Tom Fleming Creative Consultancy, an international research and advisory organisation specialising in culture and the creative economy.

As part of this work, we are conducting a short survey with businesses to understand their experiences and business activity related to Carnival.

The survey takes approximately 7 minutes to complete.

Your participation is voluntary. All responses are confidential and used only for research purposes. The information you provide will not be shared with tax authorities or used for enforcement or compliance purposes, and no information that can identify you or your business will be collected.

Your responses will help improve understanding of Carnival’s impact and support future planning and policy decisions.
