Thank you for participating in the Concurrent Evidence Practices Survey, jointly hosted by the Australian Bar Association and KordaMentha.
This survey is designed to obtain benchmark information, on an anonymous basis, regarding experiences and current practices for the taking of concurrent evidence from expert witnesses in Australia. It is designed for those who give, examine or assess expert evidence, whether in litigation, arbitration or other hearings. We estimate it will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete the survey.
The survey has 3 parts:
Understanding your role and jurisdiction;
Common questions for all respondents; and
Questions based on your role.
This session will not 'time-out', but cannot be saved. This means you can take as long as you wish to complete the survey as long as you do not close this window.
The results will be presented in a succinct report that will be publicly available. The data we collect will also be retained for potential further analysis and possible high-level inclusion as statistical conclusions in published papers. No references will be attributed to individuals in any of these uses. Please contact concurrentevidence@kordamentha.com for any queries regarding the survey.
Privacy All responses are anonymous and untracked. However, you will have an option to provide your email address if you would like to receive a copy of the results directly.
