The City of Phoenix is currently seeking the community's ideas and comments on potential actions to improve air quality and reduce our carbon pollution (from the burning of fossil fuels to produce electricity and to operate cars and trucks)—including encouraging electric vehicles, providing home upgrade incentives and planting more trees.

Here is something that might surprise you: the City could, with help from the community and utilities, reduce greenhouse gas emissions (carbon pollution) community-wide by as much as 25%-30% by the year 2025 as compared to 2012. (Wow.)
