This award is open to any organisation/individual working in or involved with Community Safety (e.g. Local Authority, Housing Provider, Police etc) that has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to the wellbeing and development of their employees/apprentices and, as a result, supports the continued professionalisation and improvement of their team/service.
Nominees could be an organisation as a whole, a team or service within an organisation, or a particular manager/team leader.
