Thank you for considering donating equipment to Southern California University of Health Sciences. 

The generous support of individuals like you help us improve the quality of education and patient care we provide, and you help keep SCU a great place to work, learn, and optimize health.

To consider equipment donations, we kindly request that you complete this form along with photographs of donation item(s) (you can attach below).

Our process is to distribute item descriptions and photographs to the appropriate department leaders so the department lead may evaluate item utility and cost to make an acceptance determination.

It is, unfortunately, not possible for SCU to automatically accept all equipment donations due to cost of storage; however, we value and appreciate all donation offers. SCU is no longer offering the option to pick-up equipment donations.
