As the professional body for the FE and skills sector, the Education Training Foundation (ETF) is conducting two complementary research initiatives this autumn – one to better understand and support your individual needs, and another to capture workforce experiences and wellbeing to help shape national policy.

This survey is one opportunity to share your views and help ETF shape the support you deserve. As a thank you for taking part, you will have the option to enter a prize draw to win two tickets to ETF's spring conference, worth £350.
