FLEX Line of Credit Application

The HCEDA (Howard County Economic Development Authority) FLEX Program will offer revolving lines of credit starting from $30,000 up to $100,000 to Howard County businesses that are unable to obtain such credit from a traditional lender. Credit line will be able to help businesses cover short-term financial needs such as supplier fees, unexpected expenses, payroll etc.

Credit lines are capped at $100,000 per business entity.
