Although this survey is sponsored by the Army, it is intended for children of military personnel from all branches of service including the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard.

Information will be used to compile statistical data on interests and satisfaction with morale, welfare, and recreation services at this installation. Statistical data on satisfaction and leisure trends will also be compiled for Fort Benning. All responses are anonymous. Disclosure is voluntary. There is no penalty for not providing the requested information.
