Do you live in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire?

Do you experience any of these issues:
  • Heavy, very painful or irregular periods?
  • Symptoms of the menopause or perimenopause?
  • Problems with your wee leaking?
  • Prolapse (heaviness in your vagina) or worry that something inside might fall out
  • Any other gynaecology symptoms for example irritation around your vagina, lumps, or pelvic pain?
If your answer is YES to these questions, we want to hear about your experiences.

The survey contains multiple choice questions and two free text questions.

It will take about 10 minutes to complete.

We want to hear about your experiences of gynaecology services, and how you think we could improve care.

Please note, we will not be able to respond directly to you about any issues that you raise in this survey. Also, please do not include any personal information in your responses, for example your name or NHS number.

What will happen with my responses to the survey?

This survey is being managed by the NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB). The answers you give will be anonymous and confidential, and your data will be held in line with the BNSSG ICB privacy policy (bnssg.icb.nhs.uk/about-us/how-we-use-your-information). Anonymous survey responses will be shared with Bristol City Council, North Somerset Council and South Gloucestershire Council. Key themes from the survey responses will be shared with by our Gynaecology Healthcare Needs Assessment Oversight Group and included in the BNSSG Gynaecology Healthcare Needs Assessment that will be published on the Bristol City Council website. The information you provide will be stored securely and retained and destructed securely in line with the BNSSG ICB Records Management Policy.
