mywellbeing support programme

talkhealth is very pleased to be able to support The Health Foundry’s members, by offering talkhealth’s mywellbeing support programme, a programme designed to provide you with helpful information and support on your (and possibly your family's) health and well-being in general.  Please do feel free to pass this link on to other family and friends that you may feel will benefit from this programme.  Alternatively, if you work for a larger organisation we are able to tailor the content of this programme to include your company’s own individual well-being support initiatives – so please do contact us if you’d like further information.

Over the course of the programme you will be sent weekly a range of health topics providing you with self-care guidance along with links to additional support and more detailed health information.  If you are work within a company that also provides a range of well-being and HR benefits to its employees we are able to offer the service of tailoring this programme to be rolled out

If, during your time on the programme, you have any questions please either telephone us on 01256 962250 or send us an email via wellbeing.support@talkhealthpartnership.com. Please note, however, we are unable to answer any medical questions.  We would be grateful if you could complete our short questionnaire below, and another at the end of the programme, so we can understand how helpful you've found the programme and also look at how we can improve it for others based on your feedback.

Please be assured that your personal information will NEVER be shared or sent to any third parties unless we explicitly seek your permission.  All your information is handled within the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) legislation, it is kept securely and in the strictest of confidence.  For details on how we handle and process your details please read our privacy policy on our website.

All content provided in the mywellbeing support programme is for information purposes only and does not constitute a replacement for professional medical advice. If you are concerned about any aspects of your health or wish to discuss something you have read within the support programme, you should make an appointment to see your doctor.

Thank you for taking part in the mywellbeing support programme.
