Thank you for your interest in participating in the Homes for Dogs National Adoption Weekend! To register, please fill out the form below and make sure you meet all three participation requirements:
  1. Be a shelter or rescue with an Adopt-a-Pet.com account.
  2. Have an adoption event (or public facility open for adoptions) on Saturday September 28th and/or Sunday September 29th, 2019.
  3. Complete the form below in its entirety so your adoption events are added to the Adoption Weekend event page.
The Homes for Dogs National Adoption Weekend is aimed at making your already existing September 28th and 29th, 2019 adoption events an even bigger success. Both Adopt-a-Pet.com and Coldwell Banker Real Estate (our Homes for Dogs Adoption Weekend partner) will be publicizing and promoting adoption events that happen on Saturday, September 28th and Sunday, September 29th, 2019.

This event is open to all species, not just for dogs! Our friends in both the US and Canadian are invited to participate. 

By filling out this form, you're giving us all of the info we need to help spread the word of your event. You may even be contacted by a local Coldwell Banker agent who wants to help make your event more successful! You are also welcome to reach out to your local Coldwell Banker agent to see if they would like to participate in promoting your events. Visit coldwellbanker.com and click on "find an agent" to search for agents near you. Coldwell Banker agent participation is voluntary. 

After the event, we'll follow up with you to ask how many adoptions happened as a result of the weekend. It's important that you reply to that follow up, as we want to show Coldwell Banker why their support of pet adoption is important and how it saves lives - and why they should continue to promote pet adoption in the future!
