iMINDr Screening

Thank you for your interest in our iMINDr Mindfulness Meditation Study for Older Adults with Depression Symptoms.

The overall purpose of this study is about how a self-administered six-week mindfulness meditation course may help mood in older adults. The course includes a workbook with weekly readings and exercises and iMINDr for home practice. iMINDr is a free meditation application that you can install on your smartphone and through which you listen to your guided meditations as home practice for the program.
