The National Association of Care & Support Workers is a professional body for the care workforce. Our mission is to work with care workers across the country in developing care work as a well trained, remunerated and respected profession.

We want to drive policy changes that show care work as a highly skilled and challenging profession. To achieve this we conduct annual research on the well-being of care workers. This research is conducted by Care Research- an independent research group for the care sector. Your responses are completely anonymous.

Please help us drive change by completing this survey.
