NRMA - Staying safe on holidays - Class survey

Let's think about your safety during the school holidays!

Firstly, teachers a huge thank you for participating in this road safety initiative and working with us to bring this issue front of mind for your students as they prepare for school holidays.

Survey completion instructions;

Questions 1 and 2 - completed by teacher only [These provide us with the relevant contact details in order to enter your school into the draw for $1000 for education resources]

Questions 3-12 - please read these aloud to your students and get a secret show of hands [to minimize peer influence] for their preferred answer. Enter the tally of students for each response into the relative boxes.

Questions 13- 18 - completed by teacher only to provide us with valuable feedback on your experience using this activity with your class/school.

Upon completing all survey questions below click the 'Submit entry' button at the bottom of the page to be automatically entered into the draw for the $1000 funding for school resources.
