What is home testing?
Our home user panel are asked to test products and provide their opinion. These products have all been safety tested and many are already on the market. Our clients are looking to substantiate marketing claims or to get consumer opinion.
There is no cost to you and there is no catch! All we ask in return is for your opinion. The products and length of trial varies from trial to trial.
How to do I find out about current and upcoming trials?
Trials are posted on our website www.albavolunteers.com or you will be contacted via email. There will be a brief description of the trial and what is required.
How do I apply?
After you complete this questionnaire if you are selected your details will be added to our home user panel database. This will enable us to contact you about trials in which you are eligible for.
You will then apply via an online link and your details will be matched with the trial criteria.
What happens if I am selected to take part?
If you meet the trial requirements and are selected to take part you will receive an email to notify you of the product dispatch. On arrival of your product please take the time to read the trial information provided with your product.
You should use your product as instructed and complete any questionnaires as instructed. You will receive emails when your online questionnaires are due and be asked to complete them.
Once the study is finished and you have completed your questionnaires you are free to keep the product and use as you desire.

Who can't take part?
Unfortunately those subjects with active skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis cannot take part in trials whilst the condition is active. Once the condition has been inactive for 6 months please then apply.
