Queensland Residential Care Workforce Survey

Have your say in the future of residential care in Queensland

PeakCare is developing a workforce strategy to support the right conditions to attract, train and retain the residential care workforce now and into the future. This is called the Catalyst for Care program. We are encouraging you to participate in a survey to identify what matters most to you in your role, and your support and development. We want this survey to be an opportunity for you to have your say on how we can improve residential care together.

The survey takes less than 20 minutes to complete and the responses provided will inform the residential care workforce strategy, the expansion of the Hope and Healing training and future efforts by PeakCare to improve the workforce conditions for residential care workers.

At the end of this survey, you will be provided with the option to leave an email address to receive updates on the survey results and the program. Respondents who choose to provide their email address by the 31st of October will go into the running to win one of ten $50 gift cards.
