Your feedback will provide valuable information to assist responsible Ministers to determine whether the proposal to cancel the protective covenant in Riverhead Forest should be progressed. Treasury officials will analyse all submissions and consider them in developing advice to the Ministers.

Under Section 22 of the Crown Forestry Assets Act, any person or organisation can request to appear in support of their submission. If requested, a suitably qualified person will be appointed to hear those submissions.
