As referred to in our Rural Customer Charter, rural customers should always plan to have three days backup storage on their farm in the event of a system shutdown. Our various pipelines were designed on the basis that landholders would store enough pipeline supplied water in on-farm tanks to provide three days supply at peak demand. This arrangement assists us to balance the flow of water through the pipelines on days of peak demand and to provide a back-up in the event of an interruption to supply.
We encourage you to complete this short survey to provide us with your views on situations when there is an unexpected interruption to supply or where we experience water quality issues with pipeline supplied water.

* 1. Do you operate a rural property and receive a stock and domestic water supply from GWMWater?

* 2. What is your main source of water supply?

* 3. What is your postcode?
