With the Gordie Howe International Bridge nearing completion and its opening on the horizon, along with the completion of recent infrastructure investments in the area, Sandwich is poised for renewed growth and visibility.
This momentum is already being felt through the arrival of new local businesses—including a grocery store, coffee shop, and other services—that are helping to strengthen the neighbourhood’s vibrancy and everyday livability. This survey is an opportunity for residents, businesses, and visitors to help shape the next chapter of the BIA by identifying priorities, opportunities, and ideas for the future.
