Your feedback is critical. The goal for continuous improvement is to capitalize on school successes and address areas of concern. We will summarize the results and forward them to schools to assist in developing improvement plans.
Your responses to this survey are anonymous. To preserve the anonymity of your survey, you need to fill out the entire survey at once: you cannot stop and return to the survey later. The survey should take you no more than 10-15 minutes to complete.
Remember to use PREV/NEXT buttons at the bottom of the screen to navigate through the survey -- do NOT use Back/Forward navigation in the browser (otherwise, your survey will be terminated and you will need to start again from the beginning).

You have received a Survey ID to complete the survey for a specific school. If you have more than one of your children attending this school, please select one child and complete the survey thinking about the experiences of this child.
If you have children attending different schools and you received Survey IDs for each of those schools, please answer the survey for each school separately: after you submit the survey about the experiences of a child in one school, restart the survey and answer about another school.
