Genesis Research Services is recruiting participants for a clinical trial for people living with sciatica. This clinical trial is exploring whether an investigational injection, called C-1101, may help reduce back and leg pain caused by sciatica.
Sciatica is a condition where nerve pain from the lower back travels down the leg, often causing persistent pain, tingling, or weakness. Current treatments such as medications, physical therapy, or chiropractic care may not relieve symptoms, leaving many people struggling with daily activities.
If you have been diagnosed with sciatica and have experienced ongoing leg pain for at least three (3) months but less than three (3) years, you may be interested in participating in this clinical trial. During the study, you may receive the investigational injection or a saline injection.
If you would like to learn more about the study, please fill out the questionnaire below. If the study may be suitable for you, we will contact you by phone to discuss the study in more detail. If you have any questions, please call us on (02) 4985 1860.
