CERT Training

Now enrolling for summer 2025!

The first four CERT classes will be in-person sessions scheduled to take place at City Hall in the council chambers. The final in-person training class will be held at the Fire Station 6 & Regional Training Center, 1535 W. Winton Ave. and are from 6 - 9 p.m. Class size is limited to 60 participants. No walk-ins. Pre-registration is required. You are required to attend all five (5) classes in order to receive your certification.

* The summer 2025 in-person course consists of five (5) in-person classes held in the City Hall Council Chambers from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the following dates:

Monday, Aug. 18, 2025 (Hayward City Hall)
Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2025 (Hayward City Hall)
Friday, Aug. 22, 2025 (Hayward City Hall)
Monday, Aug. 25, 2025 (Hayward City Hall)
Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025 (Fire Station 6, Training Center)
