Thank you for your participation in The Service Council's service management research. The purpose of this mini-survey (10 questions + 2 demographic) is to understand how much organizations focus on service innovation. Participation should take less than 5 minutes

Results will be published in March 2016 and made available to all participants via:
1- Direct communication from The Service Council (email needed)
2- Webinar (March 16, 11am Eastern) - Registration provided at the end of the survey
