SYNC Learning Plan Survey for 2017

Introduction

This survey is intended to document the individual and team learning goals of SYNC participants.  To complete the survey, simply enter your name, organization, and today's date, and copy the information from your printed SYNC 2017 Learning Plan. This should include three to five personal learning goals, and three to five team learning goals.  It is fine if the personal and team goals overlap.  Thank you!
