At My Health Focus, we are developing a new 'Patient Insight Series' exploring real experiences of healthcare, communication, research and patient engagement.
The series aims to highlight some of the gaps patients, carers and family members still experience, from feeling unheard or overwhelmed, to examples of where communication and engagement have been done well.
We are looking to speak with people who would feel comfortable sharing thoughtful reflections and lived experiences in a constructive and respectful way.
These are relaxed, recorded online video conversations designed to capture short insight clips. Participants selected for recording would appear visually on camera as part of the series.
Not everyone who completes this form will be selected, as we are aiming to include a broad range of experiences and perspectives across the series.
If selected, participants would be invited to take part in a recorded online video conversation lasting approximately 30–45 minutes.
Participants selected for recording will receive a £30 thank-you payment (or equivalent in local currency) in recognition of their time and contribution. Any information shared through this form will be treated confidentially and used only for the purposes of assessing suitability for this project.
