2022 TeleMental Health Job Analysis Survey |
Introduction
This survey is being conducted by the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) and is focused on the practice of telemental health (TMH) services. TMH is defined as the process of providing mental and behavioral health services remotely, typically utilizing video conferencing, telephone, or text-based messaging including email, chat, and texts.
This survey is being offered to individuals in many fields within mental health, and you have been invited to participate because you have been identified as an individual who may be offering TMH. As you complete this survey, please remember that the goal is to better understand TMH, not your specific industry. For example, if you are a social worker, please focus on the tasks and knowledge that pertain to offering social work services through phone, email, chat, etc. and not on the specific tasks or knowledge of a social worker.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary, and you may choose not to participate. The survey should take 15-30 minutes and can be completed in multiple sessions, if needed. To re-access and resume the survey, simply click the same link provided in the invitation email you received.
In appreciation of your time, we are providing several opportunities for an incentive! If you complete 50% of the survey, you will be entered into a drawing to win one of ten $100 Amazon gift cards.
