APPLICATION DETAILS

It is strongly recommended that you review the Top 50 Kids Coach Criteria and Selection Process before continuing with the application.

Only one applicant per facility may apply for this award in any given year. Please confer with any other staff members at your facility. Multiple applications from the same facility will not be considered.
The application consists of approximately 30 questions and 4 essays.
You can start the application and finish at a later time as long as you are using the same device and browser as when you start the application.
It is recommended that you save or back up your essay questions in a word processor or text editor.
Only complete applications will be accepted. Applications are considered complete when clicking, "Submit Application" on the final page. Once you click "Submit Application" you will be directed to a page confirming the application has been received.
Only one application per person will be accepted.
Uploading a headshot photo is optional, however, this will be required of the Top 50 Kids Coach Award recipients.
Candidates are subject to a background check.
