Women Leading Travel & Hospitality is a community of executive women at leading travel and hospitality companies with a mission to educate, empower, and foster leadership development for its members through an unparalleled mix of events (virtual and in person), content, and elite connections.
To shine a light on incredible women and give credit where it’s due, the third annual Top Women in Travel & Hospitality report will feature leading female executives in the industry. In addition to revealing who is on the 2023 list, the report will feature in-depth interviews with all honorees, offering the chance to learn from these industry-leading minds.

- Demonstrated excellence, perseverance and innovation throughout the year
Evaluation:
- Position within a travel or hospitality organization (i.e., Hotel, Airline, Cruiseline, OTA, Shared Economy, Rail Line, Car Rental, Corporate Travel)
- Scope of responsibility within that position
- Career achievements
- Involvement within the industry
