Thank you for your interest in the Service Council's parts management and service supply chain research. The intent of this survey is to uncover best practices in the management of service parts as they flow through the service ecosystem. To that end, this survey will dive into inventory management, parts planning, parts logistics, parts returns and more. The best person to answer this survey in your organization is someone with strategic oversight across those disciplines.
