Welcome to The Service Council's research survey on service technology and automation. We thank you for your interest.
Purpose: The focus of this survey is three-fold
1- To get a general understanding of your service automation history
2- To uncover your perspective on the impact of service automation on the business
3- To gauge your perspective on artificial intelligence. You do not need a live solution to participate.
In terms of artificial intelligence, there are several definitions. 'The theory and development of computer systems able to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages.' In this survey we wont get too deep into the concept but just want to understand your general perspective on how AI could support or enable your business.
About the Survey:
This survey will take approximately 7-10 minutes to complete (<20 questions + 3 demographic). The ideal participant is someone who understands the technology and is also aware of the business implications of these tools in a service environment.
