Welcome to The Service Council's research survey on Digital Transformation. We thank you for your interest.

The two best definitions of the term:
Wikipedia - Digital transformation is the change associated with the application of digital technology in all aspects of human society.
MIT Sloan Management Review - Digital transformation is the use of technology to radically improve performance and reach of the enterprise 

Purpose: The purpose of this survey is three-fold.
  1. To understand your definition of digital transformation (as it pertains to the service enterprise)
  2. To uncover where you are on your digital journey
  3. To assess your digital readiness
About the Survey: While this survey is best suited for business leaders it can also be taken by those who support service leadership or lead business functions. In our opinion, there are no right or wrong answers on the topic.

The survey has 30 questions and will take 10-12 minutes to complete. All of these questions are single or multiple choice and there are no compound/grid questions to improve the experience.

Summary Results will be made available to all those who participate. You will be pointed to those in their existing form at the end of the survey. Updated results will make their way to your inbox in 2 weeks.
